Wound/weird bumps

I had two babies brought to me yesterday. One has a wound on his arm/hand & little blisters around his genitals. The other baby has only 2 little blisters one oh it’s back and one on it’s hand. I put some antibiotic ointment on it tonight to see if it will help but am curious as to what it is. I tried posting a picture but it’s saying the file is to large. I can email pics to better diagnose.
